Started as ‘The Institute of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences’ in 1979, today’s Jindal Naturecure Institute(JNI) is a modern-day, specialty charitable naturopathy hospital in an eco friendly campus of 100 acres of lush greenery in Bangalore. Run by Sitaram Jindal Foundation (a Charitable Trust), it provides treatments for relief, prevention and cure of specific diseases through a non- invasive, drugless therapy which combines Indian nature cure with yoga and other drugless regimens, namely, diet therapy, physiotherapy, acupuncture, and Vega therapy (Germany). The Institute accepts, encourages and provides diagnosis only through scientific methods with modern medical equipments.JNI is not merely a hospital that helps you prevent & cure the specific diseases for which you have chosen to come. By Road: 
National highways (4, 7, 48, 8, 209) link Bengaluru to the rest of the country. *KSRTC buses connect all cities in the state to Bangalore. There are many super deluxe bus services available as well from Bangalore to Hyderabad, Cochin, Trivandrum, Chennai, Mumbai, Goa and Mysore.
By Rail: 
Bangalore Majestic, Bangalore Cantonment and Yeshwanthpur (10 km away from Majestic) are the three main stations in Bangalore. Bangalore Majestic is well connected to all major cities in India.
By Air: 
Bengaluru International Airport is about 40 km away from the city, Majestic. Bangalore airport is well connected to almost all airports in India. *Airport to city would cost around Rs 600 by taxi.
Where To Stay: 
A wide range of accommodation is offered at the INYS.: Basic free wards to rooms for Rs 500 (singles), Rs 600 (doubles) Executive rooms for Rs 1,500 (singles) and Rs 2,700 (doubles). Elegantly designed cottages (Rs 2,500), huts (Rs 3,500) and nests (Rs 3,400). Meals: Diet plays a central role in the treatment that INYS provides and is taken very seriously. *The management has laid down a number of rules including prohibiting smoking, drinking and all forms of intoxicants. *Coffee, tea and non-vegetarian food are also a strict no-no.Naturopathy emphasises a wholesome diet even in the cooked form, like unpolished cooked rice and bread made of whole wheat. *Steaming, boiling and baking are considered acceptable forms of cooking but frying or overcooking is completely avoided.
